چکیده
In this study, the effects of mixed silage on fermentation quality, chemical composition and bacterial communities corn straw soybean were assessed. Corn straws, straws or a mixture in 1:1 mass ratio uniformly processed using same method to produce bagged weighing 50 kg per bag. At days 0, 14 60 process, nutritional quality indicators each group measured. A complete factorial design assess effect ensiling time, types fermented (treatment group) their interactions assessed parameters was performed. addition, metabolomics sequencing microbial community analysis performed samples 60th day fermentation. Compared with group, straw–soybean is better, which reflected higher crude protein rate (p < 0.05), lactic acid content 0.05) lower ammonia nitrogen 0.05). The combined differential taxa (species level) metabolites revealed positive correlation between certain species, such as manihotivorans, brevis zeae, significantly downregulated metabolites, pyrocatechol N-benzoyltyramine. Similarly, correlations observed dublinensis, marcescens agglomerans, upregulated D-xylonic neochlorogenic acid. These findings suggest that key microbial–metabolite pathways identified are responsible for good during at ratio.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of molasses and lactic acid bacteria (LAB) on the chemical composition, silage fermentation characteristics, and in vitro ruminal fermentation parameters of an ensiled potato-wheat straw mixture in a completely randomized design with 4 replicates. Wheat straw was harvested at full maturity and potato tuber when the leaves turned yellowish. The p...
متن کاملFermentation Quality and Additives: A Case of Rice Straw Silage
Rice cultivation generates large amount of crop residues of which only 20% are utilized for industrial and domestic purposes. In most developing countries especially southeast Asia, rice straw is used as part of feeding ingredients for the ruminants. However, due to its low protein content and high level of lignin and silica, there is limitation to its digestibility and nutritional value. To ut...
متن کاملImprovement of Fermentation Quality of Rice Straw Silage by Application of a Bacterial Inoculant and Glucose
The improvement of the fermentation quality of rice straw silage by application of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) and glucose was investigated in this study. Sixteen rice varieties were harvested at the maturity stage and the rice straw was ensiled with LAB inoculant (1×10 cfu/g of fresh weight) and glucose (2% of fresh weight). Inoculation with LAB improved the fermentation as reflected in reducti...

The survival and effect of three new probiotic inoculants (Lactobacillus plantarum CCM 4000, L. fermentum LF2, and Enterococcus faecium CCM 4231) on the nutritive value and fermentation parameters of corn silage was studied under laboratory conditions. Whole corn plants (288.3 g/kg DM) were cut and ensiled at 21°C for 105 days. The inoculants were applied at a concentration of 1.0×10 cfu/ml. Un...
